Description
CEI is proposing to develop FlexMOS, a multi-component software system designed around user-driven message distribution requirements. The system consists of a web-based profile management environment that interacts with a post-office structured automated distribution system. All software components are based on open source technologies, based on open messaging and transport standards and are not tied to specific commercial messaging applications. System is structured to facilitate classification of incoming traffic by multiple means such as security level, sender, recipient, keywords, and various other attributes.
