Description
We will develop a concept for the wafer-level SiGeSn focal plane arrays on silicon without the need for costly hybridization. We will design and produce a SiGeSn film on a Silicon wafer and fabricate variable area device die for radiometric characterization. This will provide a path for low-cost infrared sensing not currently available. And ultimately will allow infrared devices to be grown directly on silicon read our integrated circuits (ROICs)
