Description
MARK Resources proposes to develop a small, lightweight, low-power, and low-cost radar system for detecting and discriminating humans at short range. Unlike optics, it will be an all-weather sensor. It will employ high resolution in range and Doppler to detect slow moving targets in clutter and discriminate them on the basis of arm and leg motions. The primary challenge is meeting the low-power and low-cost requirements.
