Description

Mosaic ATM proposes to develop the Mixed-Initiative Architecture for Emergent Support Tasking and Resource Optimization (MAESTRO), which will provide an innovative real-time service for task planning and execution. MAESTRO will support information sharing, dissemination and collaborative command and control (C2) of assets for emergent tasking and ad hoc air support requests. Situational data will be used by this automatic planning tool to facilitate adaptive flight plan changes that are communicated to users in a manner that organically highlights changes and that supports execution and monitoring of the revised plan. MAESTRO will be designed to operate within a SOA environment that provides access to both command and disadvantaged, downrange operators who are engaged expeditionary warfare.
