Description
Twilight Training LLC (TT LLC) proposes to develop an agent-based structural simulation tool that simulates the flow of orders and materials up and down a supply chain (along with many other factors like inventory, production capacity, utilization, profit, etc.), with each entity as an “agent” in a larger macro-model. With this type of structural simulation approach, the USAF and other organizations can confidently predict the performance of various supply chain structures under a multitude of what-if scenarios so that “supply chain resilience” can become a reality. Furthermore, the USAF can conduct long-range what-if scenario testing on individual supply chains for individual programs or combined supply chains in a larger supply network that combines multiple programs.
