A hit grid system that sends telemetry from optoelectromechanical sensors on a test target, offers high quality information which cannot be easily duplicated using other techniques. When such a system can also incorporate other target sensor data into the telemetry stream while improving size, weight, power, and bandwidth, the value is increased.
