Attollo proposes to develop an integrated sensor/classifier Focal Plane Array (FPA) where the neural network is implemented in a floating gate memory crossbar network. This device can be trained to identify low signal threats in high clutter environments, and hand that low-bandwidth information to the system for tracking.
