Description
The DLA is seeking to improve product availability, provide competition for reduced lead time and cost, as well as address lifecycle performance issues. ESAero seeks to support the DLA by becoming a qualified source of supply for NSN 6625-01-123-8721, a Digital Display Indicator. ESAero has the capability to manufacture NSN 6625-01-123-8721 and provide a Source Approval Request (SAR) detailing a qualified article. ESAero has a robust in-house engineering design and rapid manufacturing facility with capabilities in 3-D printing, advanced composites, CNC machining, and skilled technicians. A timeline, statement of work, and costs associated with qualification, developing the SAR and producing an initial quantity of NSN 6625-01-123-8721 are included. ESAero will be able submit a completed SAR approximately 10 weeks after beginning the effort, and will be able to provide a quantity 213 units as part of Phase I approximately 7 months after beginning the effort.
