Description

Energy and Security Group (ESG) and our partner Sandia National Laboratories (SNL) will design high-fidelity models of civilian life, which represent demographics and day-to-day activities of civilian populations including relevant infrastructure network models. The representations will be capable of integrating into wargames in a meaningful way, where models and behavior are impacted by the presence and activities of Red and Blue forces. This Phase I effort would culminate in the delivery of a proof-of-concept modeled city mirroring a specific geographic region, incorporating USMC target population attributes and defined systems of networks, with provided documentation for the conceptual models as well as the underlying mathematics and algorithms developed or utilized.
