Description
The USAF remote warrior community faces an increased psychological, mental and spiritual resilience burden as today’s warfighting increases the demand for distributed operations. The ability to balance the psychological challenges of battlefield operations with the demands of personal lives has never been greater and General Brown’s August 2020 Strategic Approach, “Accelerate Change or Lose” places a new level of importance on how we “enable our Airmen to rest, recover, and train for the future.” R-Booth is proposed as a solution to help Airmen at the Squadron level maintain mental resilience using virtual reality and an acoustic booth designed to reduce stress.
