Description
Per the Strategic Radiation-Hardened Electronics Council (SRHEC) Program Needs Report #4 version 1, February 2022, the overall goal for analog and mixed signal components is to keep pace with and leverage current industrial investments. GlobalFoundries (GF) 12nm and Intel 16 have been identified as two of the State-of-the-Art processes (SOTA). Analog and mixed signal devices have been identified as a priority for development in the SOTA processes. And the SRHEC report recommends portable Intellectual Property (IP) with the intent of having multiple sources to support future programs. The ADONISTM Radiation Hardened by design (RHBD) analog library IP developed by Silicon Technologies, Inc (STI) is portable and developed to support many programs.
