Description
The focus of this Phase 1 proposal is to conduct customer discovery for a dual-use, defense and commercially focused, venture-backed Collider space located in San Diego, California to teach DoD stakeholders first-hand how the private sector cultivates innovation. The ideal customer for this capability is any Department of Defense command charged with acquiring innovative emerging technology capabilities.
