Description
Proposed effort includes the development of a standard caliber Army munition containing a Non-Kinetic Cyber Attack payload. After the munition is activated, programmed, and fired, once over its desired target set this payload will be expelled and complete its mission. The payload programming can be set pre flight to deliver various effects depending on the mission set.
