Description
Proposed effort includes the development of a standard caliber Army munition (120mm to 155mm) containing a Non-Kinetic Cyber Attack payload. After the munition is activated, programmed, and fired, once over its desired target set this payload will be expelled and complete its mission. The payload programmingcan be set pre flight to deliver various effects depending on the mission set.
