Description
The TAF Mobile Office provides DLA the functionality and comfort of an office without the burden of capital expenditures, training, and maintenance associated with custom fleet vehicles. The TAF Mobile Office is light enough to be lifted by one person and safely installs in the vehicle in under one minute. It allows DLA Disposition Services mobile workers to continue the use of GSA fleet vehicles by simply buckling in the TAF Mobile Office. This provides office services needed by DLAs mobile workforce.The Mobile Office supplies the supporting equipment needed to complete field tasks such as Receipt-in-place. A seamless barcode label printer, paper printer, and mobile internet is provided which allows DLA laptops to securely and quickly connect to DLA networks using existing, DLA J6 certified equipment.e. Power is provided via a built-in inverter, which connects to the standard 10A, 12V cigarette lighter outlet. This powers the laptop, printer, and other desired devices. The TAF Mobile Office provides a laptop tray that can be positioned comfortably for the user for use from any seat (3-positionable segments, 360 degrees rotation, 2-axes tilt), and also allows the TAF Mobile Office to operate as a standing desk.
