Description
Knowledge-Based Systems Incorporated (KBSI) proposes Mega-City Analysis and Visualization Environment (M-CAVE) in response to the Army SBIR Civil Affairs Information and Military Sustainment in the Megacity Environment (topic number A17-036). We propose to conduct a feasibility study, including technical demonstrations, of a mega-city common operating picture (COP) focused on the unique features of the human domain. The mega-city COP will support successful mission planning and information exploitation by way of an innovative model of decision making in the human domain using the mathematics of quantum probability. Our models will be informed by a state-of-the-art natural language processing pipeline and associated geospatially and temporally based COP visualizations. We will assess our approach by selecting data from open sources that are representative of an existing mega-city and predicting known outcomes from the data.
