Description
We propose to develop and deliver a system that combines audio transcription and translation tools with natural language processing capabilities, such that actionable information can be automatically extracted from foreign audio files with high accuracy and acceptable performance. Our solution will leverage our experience and expertise in noise reduction, speech enhancement, neural network training, robust speech recognition, language model construction, and natural language processing. Using our innovative graphical user interface, users input the desired search information, and the system outputs semantic and associative search results from the provided audio databases in a foreign language. The entire system will be implemented as a cloud service for remote access. The result of this project will be a next generation search engine for associate and semantic search.
