Description
RC Integrated Systems LLC (RISL) proposes to develop a Lightweight Optical-based Blade Strain Sensing (LOBSS) System to acquire strains of helicopter main rotor blades for the calculation of blade tip displacements. LOBSS is based on RISL’s proprietary fi
