No. UEI and CAGE are structural checks only. Exclusion status is self-attested. Always verify live on SAM.gov before proposal submission.
What ownership paths does the questionnaire cover?
Standard majority US ownership and the multi-VC/PE ownership exception (no single VCOC over 50%). Affiliation and size standards still require counsel or PTAC review.
Can I screen a teammate?
Yes — provide a teammate UEI and exclusion self-attestation. This is a capture hygiene check, not a substitute for full subcontractor due diligence.
