Description

Team Mystic Spear will identify and procure a best-in-class software package capable of identifying, interrogating, extracting, correlating, and fusing data from sensors into a standard dashboard of USSOCOM’s choosing. We will also discuss APIs and all things access with smaller Smart Cities that also have Port facilities to determine any less obvious sensor/data feeds. From this research we will identify no less than a total of 10 sources and 10 actuators (of various types) representative of current Smart City, IoT, and Port/Maritime technology. These will be a mix of wired, wireless (Wifi, BT, IoT, industrial), RF, Cloud, etc. Our focus will be to identify not only 100% open-source sensors but also those that may require hardware/software. Much of this basic functionality is already provided under the existing software platforms. The Mystic Spear DAARC team will design, develop, and deliver this functionality in an operator-relevant package.
