Description
In the Phase I effort, contract number SP4701-18-P-0087, Parts Life, Inc. utilized its proven SAR process to replicate NSNs 5330-01-239-8862, 5330-01-239-8863, 5330-01-239-8864, 5330-01-239-8865, and 1420-01-125-1475. Using the company’s unique and revolutionary R.O.P.E.™ (Rapid Obsolescence Planning and Execution) process to create a complete technical and manufacturable drawing package, Parts Life provided a solution to a problem that has become increasingly more critical for the availability of this kit. All the drawings, specifications, sources, and all inspection data were completed in their entirety, compiled in a source approval request, and received ESA approval. As a qualified approved source, Parts Life received Phase III contracts SPE4A6-18-P-Q229, SPE5EK-18-C-F123, and SPE5EM-18-C-F048 and delivered production units to the government. For this Phase II, Parts Life, Inc. is proposing to improve product availability and increase competition through the development of Source Approval Requests (SAR) for NSN 1740-01-563-9203, Turbocharger, NSN 2920-01-561-7722, Modulator Assembly Ignition, NSN 6115-01-533- 7100, Generator, Engine Accessory, NSN 2920-01-105-2053, Starter, Engine Electrical, NSN 3020-01-655-0533, Fan Drivemotor ¾”, NSN 4720-00-738-1303, Lower Hose, NSN 4820-01-475-1175, Flow Divider, NSN 4720-01-454-1930, Hose Assy Handheld, NSN 4720-01-649-5638, Hose Heater, NSN 4730-01-653-9027, Clamp Hose, NSN 5330-01-389-4354, Seal, NSN 5330-14-518-7003, Seal, NSN 5330-12-372-6226, Kit, NSN 5330-01-086-0612, Packing Assortment, NSN 5930-01-531-5956, Switch, Over Temp, NSN 5945-00-067-7917, Solenoid, Fuel, NSN 5945-01-564-8947, Relay, NSN 5945-01-654-7927, Relay K-5, NSN 5930-00-845-9352, Switch, NSN 5945-00-549-6581, BATTERY TERMINAL ENDS, NSN 5945-00-549-6583, BATTERY TERMINAL ENDS, NSN 5950-01-201-8117, Transformer, NSN 5950-01-203-8497, Transformer, Power, NSN 5950-01-465-4637, Current Transformer, NSN 5315-01-654-7927, Roll Pin, NSN 5310-01-566-7475, Washer, NSN 2530-12-401-1814, Conical Ring, NSN 6685-01-262-8314, Sensor, with government-provided technical data or sample through our Reverse Engineering (RE), and SAR Process.
