Description
SpaceWorks proposes the further design, development, and test of its design for a new intermodal container called 'NEXCON'. This container is specifically designed to support envisioned USAF Rocket Cargo Vehicle airdrop missions potentially requiring high-speed, supersonic deployments of high-mass payloads from high altitude conditions. Unique to NEXCON is its ability for cross-compatibility with existing intermodal containers such as the ISU-90 and TEU. This program will culminate in sub-scale prototype fabrication of NEXCON for functionality testing and verification of system requirements.
