Description

Our concept layers a number of emerging technologies to address DoD procurement issues facing USAF & DLA for structural replacement parts, particularly aging fighter jets and long-range bombers. This is accomplished by connecting (1) an encrypted private distributed ledger (blockchain) that contains critical, sensitive manufacturing codes generated by CAD programs with (2) an A.I. based set of algorithms. The A.I. analyzes current and projected DoD procurement needs using propriety algorithms to identify parts that could be accelerated through its system. The system seamlessly connects via encrypted P2P protocol via an Internet-of-Things array of 3D modern CNC machines. The manufacturing capacity is maintained by existing, vetted small business manufacturers whom seek to maximize spare machine capacity in production schedules.
