ADVALUE PHOTONICS INC — National Aeronautics and Space Administration SBIR Phase I: S11

ADVALUE PHOTONICS INC — SBIR Phase I award from National Aeronautics and Space Administration.

Phase I SBIR feasibility signal

  • Phase I awards fund proof-of-concept work. For capture teams, they mark early interest from National Aeronautics and Space Administration in a technical approach.
  • Watch for Phase II follow-ons from the same firm/topic family — that conversion path is where budgets and transition pressure rise.
  • Obligated amount $149,870. Cross-check similar awards in the same agency and technology tags for going-rate context.
  • Topic code S11 links this award to a solicitation family — search the same topic stem for incumbents and recompete timing.

Description

Based on our proprietary award-winning fiber laser technology, AdValue Photonics proposes to develop and demonstrate a novel water vapor LiDAR transmitter at 0.9 mu;m ndash; a high-energy, high-peak-power, narrow-linewidth, fiber-based laser transmitter ndash; which enables water vapor DIAL measurements in the 0.9 mu;m band. In the Phase I program, we will focus on the feasibility investigation of such a fiber-based, energy-scalable, pulsed laser transmitter at 935 nm for water vapor DIAL measurements. In the Phase II program, we will experimentally demonstrate this enabling technology by developing a deliverable prototype transmitter unit of such a high-pulse-energy narrow-linewidth laser at 935 nm laser at the end of the Phase II program. nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;
