Numerous Government Agencies and Commercial Organizations are dependent on mission critical ecosystems (ie federated systems of systems). There are generally multiple systems of systems using various technologies that are difficult to integrate and monitor. They face challenges aggregating all of the subsystem data including the system and application logs, events, and alerts into one central data repository.Altron proposes to develop a low-cost software product to perform the real-time collection of a broad variety of logs, events, alerts and data for many different purposes for performance monitoring, cybersecurity monitoring, incident response, system status, tracking overall system health, alert generation, system management to application troubleshooting. The technology and inventive concepts of Altron’s proposed approach have resounding technical merit and innovation elements, where we detail a truly novel approach by verifying incremental progress toward quantum improvements for each topic and subtopic, to provide results that have not been realized previously. Our response nearly takes on the form of a design specification, which demonstrates an exceptionally low risk, high yield to the Government, and substantiates an extraordinary case for a subsequent phase I award and team with Altron.
