The proposed solution takes the form of an automated toolkit that utilizes contactless, side-channel measurements to drive an AI pipeline that has been designed to detect the presence of HW Trojans. The solution does not require a golden value for the design-under test. It operates on fully packaged chips and can even automatically scan an entire PCB.
