Description
Our effort establishes a capability to provide realistic acoustic perception of UAM platforms and operations from any point in space (cabin to ground) at any time. High-fidelity computational fluid dynamics simulations are performed to generate a dynamic 3D acoustic field for the UAM platforms and their surrounding environment. The acoustic field is provided as input to an immersive soundscape system (available commercially) for interactive analysis of sound perception.
