Description
IntelliEPI IR, Inc., (IIR) and L3Harris proposes to develop advanced and improved infrared photosensitive detector materials by multi-wafer production MBE technology. The approach is of employing a novel strained layer superlattice as a platform for achieving very high sensitivity detector materials while capturing the benefits of III-V manufacturability for Air Force ground and space-based imaging sensor applications.
