WorkMerk is a mobile technology that fosters reinforcement of standards and streamlines communication with location-aware reminders, notes, tasks, and in a way that is retainable and timely. The technology can provide systematic notifications, or nudges, as a way of reminding personnel what they need to accomplish. It enables personnel to quickly exchange information and provide a higher state of situational awareness. The application also houses an interactive system that connects senior leaders to those at line level. It enables smart tasks, which allow leaders to assign or schedule tasks and ensure they are completed at the appropriate time and place. The result?
