Description
Advanced long-range cruise missiles pose a significant threat to America and its allies. In war-time, a large-scale, coordinated cruise missile attack launched against the homeland, targeting strategically important facilities and other critical infrastructure, could devastate the United States' ability to wage war. Compounding this threat, the service life of legacy cruise missile warning systems, such as the North Warning System (NWS) has grown longer, and the technology is increasingly ill-suited for detecting and mitigating the cruise missile threat. The U.S. Department of Defense -- specifically the Air Force and Joint Force -- requires an integrated, layered approach to counter the threat of advanced long-range cruise missiles. Anduril proposes its Lattice AI software platform as a command and control solution to modernize NWS and tighten the kill chain to tactical timelines.
