Description

Element 119 LLC has developed various specialty aerospace ceramic coatings that can be readily adapted for Air Force use on aircraft as well as other land-based and marine vehicles. Our proposal involves using select products from our existing line of aerospace coatings and making the necessary modifications for Air Force or military utilization. These coatings are not the traditional waxes or paint sealants normally used in these applications; these coatings will degrade over a short period of time. Instead, our System X Ceramic Coating product line uses silicon dioxide technology. There are several products we propose using: • System X Diamond – our top-of-the-line best-selling revolutionary permanent ceramic coating for use on all aircraft to provide unprecedented durability and chemical resistance • System X Glass – our glass application product that makes glass extremely hydrophobic; it lasts for years rather than months and improves optical clarity and visibility on any air force vehicle • System X Extreme – our thickest and most durable coating for marine salt water applications; the product is already used commercially on landing gear and aircraft leading edges, and can be used on any vehicle and in multiple industrial applications that require high anti-corrosion properties.
