Description
This proposal seeks to demonstrate an innovative process for growth of CdZnTe crystal boules with properties that meet the stringent requirements of CdZnTe substrates for LWIR mercury cadmium telluride detectors, leveraging significant expertise of the proposing team in crystal growth of CdZnTe.
