Description
Provide cost-effective data exchange capability between Undersea Warfare Decision Support System (USW-DSS) and Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Aircraft (MPRA) Platform systems through the reuse of existing MPRA Tactical Operations Center (TOC), and Mobile Tactical Operations Centers (MTOC) installed software Global Reconstruction, Analysis & Measurement System (GRAMS). Maritime Surveillance Associates (MSA) proposes extension of the existing GRAMS data transfer capability to be compatible with USW-DSS existing or extended interfaces. MSA believes this to be a proven and cost-effective approach because: 1) GRAMS currently supports most MPRA platforms / data formats. 2) GRAMS is installed and in use at TOC/MTOC sites, 3) MSA has twenty-nine years supporting MPRA systems is confident in their ability to extend existing GRAMS exchange data interfaces to support USW-DSS requirements.
