Description
Zone 5 Technologies proposes a novel approach to cold soak starting of small turbojet engines via integration of high energy glow fired igniter modules and a fuel pump heater unit to significantly increase the rate of heat generation in the combustion chamber and precisely control fuel flow during the start sequence. These combined technologies will allow for starting of low cost turbojet engines at military beneficial conditions without the need for expensive pyrotechnic starting systems.
