Description
Digibeam is presenting a novel neutral particle beam component technology go generate, accelerate, focus and direct a stream of highly energetic electrically-neutral atomic particles that can cause damage to targets in the exo-atmospheric theater. The technology includes a lightweight, compact and energy efficient particle accelerator with integrated collimator, focusing, steering, and particle neutralizer. Unique to our technology is a super bright source delivering a high current beam into a miniaturized compression technology that provides ideal temporal resolution or synchronized beam steering and rapid pulse power for multiple target damage scenarios. A scaled-down version of the proposed miniature charge particle compression technology, developed for the semiconducting industry, is being used in a raster scan platform for delivery of multiple doses onto a moving target with 1 nm accuracy using electrostatic deflection.
