Description
Onebrief is a visual strategy tool. It allows Program Managers to present the costs, benefits, and effects of their choices in a way that all stakeholders understand. We make strategy simple to create and communicate by: - Providing a universal language of strategy, based on causal decision theory - Visualizing choices in the context of their costs, benefits, and effects - Filtering the noise with algorithms The product offers a mix of science (probabilistic causation) and art (make strategy simple for the average user). Our algorithm simplifies complex situations and to suggest best priorities for users. To make it simple, our UI subtly nudges users to treat strategy as a cause-and-effect path to a goal. This approach has proven effective. Users can organize their thoughts quickly in Onebrief, and go from zero to presentation-ready in 10 to 15 minutes. We recently closed our first 5 paying customers. In addition, we were accepted to and are receiving investment from the Alchemist Accelerator.
