Description
The goal of the proposed DARPA Phase II program is an evaluation and expansion of the capabilities of GVD’s Exilis & hydrophobic coatings as mechanical and environmental protection layers to be applied to devices in support of DARPA’s programs in heterogeneous semiconductor integration. Two such programs are Diverse Accessible Heterogeneous Integration (DAHI) and the Common Heterogeneous Integration and IP Reuse Strategies (CHIPS), both of which will benefit from this Phase II effort. The main purpose of the program is to successfully integrate GVD’s Exilis coating as a mechanical and environmental protection layer into the DAHI program.
