Description
This project will develop high energy density capacitor that can be operated at tens to hundreds of kHz switching frequency with high ripple current. The high dielectric constant, high dielectric breakdown strength, low dielectric loss, and high thermal conductivity of the special dielectric material will allow the capacitor operated at high energy density without thermal runaway. The low inductance design of the capacitor will allow the high switching frequency.
