Description
The fundamental technical objectives are to determine the feasibility of a software defined modem or all-digital modem (ADM) with streaming Digital-IF interface that may be ported to various hardware platforms meeting a set of basic standards. The effort will also focus on applications where Distributed Digital-IF can be used to combat the effects of transionopheric scintillation, occurring in either the natural ionosphere or a nuclear disturbed ionosphere.
