ABSTRACT: (*)As neuroscience and bioelectric nodes decrease in size and the density of observation requirements increases the ability to rapidly image (< 1400 minutes) large areas ~ 1 cm2 while maintaining high resolution ~ 1-2 nm of the surface under test (SUT) to support biological systems isolation operations is very much going to involve radically innovative approaches that will use nanotechnology itself namely using atoms to see other atoms.Traditional electron, AFM, and photon optics, seems wholly inadequate for the task and has emerged as a real impending bottleneck either in terms of image acquisition speed or meeting the resolution and reliability targets of future technology nodes.Measuring and analysis at the cellular and inner cellular level will require a complete rethinking of the methods and application of measurement science to identify, diagnose and verify treatment.Incremental improvements of existing methods will be inadequate.Digibeam Corporation is proposing a feasibility study to develop a Graphene Resonance Surface Microscope (GRSM) alpha tool with a capability for non-contact imaging ~ 1 cm2 area of a biological systems with better than 3 nm lateral resolution and ~ 0.5 nm depth resolution in under 4 hours.; BENEFIT: A high speed, high resolution microscope, monitoring system
