Description
This Phase I SBIR proposes to develop high-quality high-performance Extended Short-Wave Infrared (SWIR) detector epitaxy materials based on InGaAsSb quaternary absorber for hyperspectral FPA for imaging applications.The epi materials will be grown on GaSb substrates.The development will focus producing detector epi wafer with cut-off wavelength in the 2 - 3 um Extended SWIR spectral band.The epi materials will be grown with Sb-capable multi-wafer production Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) reactor.
