Description
This program is associated with the development of power efficient direct RF-sampling ADCs that are capable of capturing and quantizing RF signals from DC to beyond 20GHz.The core analog technology will be developed and demonstrated on this effort with the key goals of wide bandwidth (20GHz minimum), high ENOB (6 minimum), and low power consumption (< 500 mW).
