Description
The AdSET solution utilizes Dr. Wilker’s Poly(catechol-styrene) adhesive design. The design is biomimetic, strong bonding, less toxic than typical commercial brands due to the absence of toxic formaldehyde, weather-proof, and has a quick curing time. The artificial bond of proteins outperforms most commercial glue brands and is one of the strongest underwater bonding adhesive technologies to date. It is versatile in wet and underwater environments especially and can be adapted within a lab to better suit certain situations specified. AdSET has reached bonding strength 17 times the strength of mussel polymers underwater. AdSET is the optimal solution to integrate into existing situations to improve the current rates of success and survival.
