Description

Reach Labs (Reach) is the industry technology leader in Wireless Power Transfer (WPT). Reach’s WPT technology provides wireless power-at-a-distance and does for electric power what Wi-Fi did for data. Reach’s wireless power system is composed of power transmitters, power receivers, and management software. The system is built on state-of-the-art, patented technology, including high-efficiency power converters, network optimization algorithms, and adaptive electromagnetic surfaces. This study will focus on the feasibility of adapting and hardening system to significantly improve resilience of energy delivery and access in austere environments, and, in turn, enabling faster adoption of Agile Combat Employment (ACE) methods and facilitating distributed operations.
