Description

This proposal outlines the plan for Specular Theory with support and leadership from Altus AFB to rapid prototype high-value immersive courseware, adapting our Air Force validated technologies, toward a Major Weapon System (MWS) to enhance AETC Air Mobility training needs and improve airmen combat readiness. Our product is a user-centric learning platform for students and instructors to accelerate learning at variable rates throughout the training process to provide better learning outcomes with increased efficiency and cost savings. We are leveraging multiple commercially viable cross-industry technologies (VR/AR experiential video, advanced real-time 3D rendering and capture and data processing) into a curated focused tool set adapted for AF needs that grows and evolves with the rapidly evolving digital space. Specular Theory’s Unified Learning Platform combines, manages, and facilitates the training process through the currently disparate or added parts of academics, Intermediary Training Materials, Interactive Guided Learning, VR simulation, motion simulation, and in-flight training. By building technology that is engineered with a focus on human need, and combining award-winning Hollywood creative capabilities, we can provide a complete solution to the significant challenges facing the modern Air Force.
