Description
The overall objective of this program is to develop an open platform of strategic radiation hardened IP on the commercially available 16nm FinFET foundry technology from Intel to enable development of ASICs, SoCs, and other custom integrated circuits. Trusted Semiconductor Solutions will develop a strategic radiation hardened latches and flip flops, memory bit cells, voltage controlled oscillator (VCO), and a voltage reference IP. The rad hard IP will be validated in silicon through an IP test chip that will be radiation tested to strategic levels. This Phase II SBIR program focuses on the development of foundational IP and it sets the stage for future specialized IP development to enable next generation strategic missions.
