Description
In Phase I Management Sciences, Inc. (MSI), teamed with General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS), developed and demonstrated edge-enabled AI dataloggers with architecture for cross domain cybersecurity and wireless offload of usage data collection self-propelled armaments and a miniature AI datalogger architected for squad rifles and other dismount armaments. MSI proposes a Phase II program that will develop and deliver AI data loggers that will support 365/247 collection of data from analog and digital sensors with AI/ML algorithms that identify and predict operational use cases, and securely transmits actionable information when networks are available. In Phase II, MSI will identify sensors and data criteria (resolution and sample rate), implement a cybersecure data storage and transfer strategy, and develop a prototype cybersecure datalogger with 3UVPX CMOSS format specific for the M1299 Extended Range Cannon Artillery (ERCA), and a miniature cybersecure datalogger specific for XM7 and XM250 squad rifles and the M150/M151 Advanced Mortar Fire Control System.
