Description
Trusted Semiconductor Solutions proposes development of a flexible solid state disk (SSD) architecture that leverages state-of-the-art commercial non-volatile memories and integrates them into a compact, scalable device. The SSD will included stacked 3D NAND flash and a control module to access memory and communicate to the host through a standard communication interface present in Arm Group UAS. The SSD product will be scalable to enable use in a wide variety of memory payloads.
